The Honorable Frank C. Attkisson was elected to the State Legislature in 2000 and served the Counties of Osceola, Orange, Okeechobee and Polk through 2008. He was the Chairman of the Education Innovation subcommittee in the House of Representatives, as well as a member of the Education K-20, Education Appropriations, Local Government & Veterans Affairs, Business Regulation, Telecommunications, and the Finance and Tax Committees.
Attkisson’s previous roles as a public servant include being the mayor of Kissimmee from 1996-2000 and the Kissimmee City Commissioner from 1990-1992. In addition, he has served on various boards including the Kissimmee/Osceola County Chamber of Commerce, Lynx and Eagle Scout Review Committee. He also spends his time in the community coaching a Little League baseball team.
Through his work in Florida, Attkisson proved himself to be a strong advocate for business and economic development. Honors such as “Top Pro-Business Voice in Tallahassee" in 2000 by the Florida United Business Association (FUBA) and “Top Freshman Quick Starters" in the House of Representatives in 2001 by the Florida Chamber of Commerce are examples of his appreciated dedication.
Attkisson earned an A.A. from Polk Community College in 1976 and a B.S. in Business Management from Florida Southern College in 1977. He resides in Kissimmee, Florida with his wife and three children. His hobbies include hunting and fishing.

Baldwin has advised governments; public and private sector companies in various industries throughout the United States on management development, corporate strategy and operational performance matters. He has also served as an Adjunct Business Professor teaching marketing, business management and professional development training programs.
Baldwin is a certified mediator and arbitrator handling business contracts, real estate, mortgage, commercial finance, construction and workplace disputes and is a licensed mortgage banker. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management, a Master of Business Administration (MBA) and numerous certificates of competency.

Humberto J. Cortina is the President and founder of HJC Consultants, Inc., a small business enterprise providing consulting services in the areas of business development and government consulting for over twenty years.
Cortina was elected to the House of Representatives of the State of Florida in 1982 and served his district for a two year term. Rep. Cortina was Assistant City Manager for the City of Miami; he was Regional Director of the Council of the Americas, residing in Lima Peru, covering the Andean common market countries, responsible for developing and implementing marketing programs designed to maximize the potential of U. S. Investments in Latin America. He is currently a radio talk host at WQBA, Univision Radio.
He has served on many boards including: Member of the Hispanic American Business Association; Chairman, Sports, Recreation and Environment CBO Advisory Council; Member, Commission on Disability Issues, Dade County, Florida; Executive Board Member of the Miami Symphony Orchestra, Member of the Regional Board of the University of Florida; Board Member, Latin American Business Association; Member of the National Advisory Council on Bilingual Education (Presidential appointment); Co-Chairman, Urban League of Greater Miami, Florida; Member, National Association of Latino Elected Officials, (NALEO); Founder and Director of the Hispanic Heritage week. Dade County, FL; Member, Association of Bay of Pigs Invasion Veterans; Member, Republican National Hispanic Assembly of Florida.
Cortina was born in Havana, Cuba, and fled to the United States in 1960. He participated in the Bay of Pigs invasion, was wounded in both legs, captured and sent to political prison for two years. Upon his return to the United States, he was commissioned by President Kennedy as an Officer in the United States Army. After serving for two years, he obtained a B.A. degree from the University of Florida. He has always been extremely active in community affairs in general and has received numerous awards and commendations. Cortina has written several articles on Latin America and local community affairs.

Keyna Cory is President of Public Affairs Consultants, Inc. With over 20 years of legislative experience, she has worked with a variety of clients to help them achieve their legislative goals. She has considerable expertise in solid waste, environmental, transportation, telecommunications, agriculture, and general business issues.
In 2005, Cory was named Chief Lobbyist of Associated Industries of Florida (AIF), one of the largest business associations in the state. She is a member of the Florida Society of Association Executives and is currently the Past Chair of the Florida Society of Association Executives Foundation. In 2003, Cory was named to the Environmental Industries Association’s Women Council Board of Directors. She is a founding member of the newly formed association and also served as Communications/ Public Relations Chair. In 2004, she was elected by her peers to the Florida Association of Professional Lobbyist (FAPL) Board of Directors after successfully chairing the first FAPL Annual Meeting and Conference. In 2005, she received the first “Service Award” from the Association at its Annual Conference.
Cory attended the University of Florida and, as a freshman, participated in a graduate program on students lobbying the Legislature. She has always had a deep interest in politics and government and met her husband and business partner, Jack Cory, while working on a legislative campaign.

Fred Dudley

Fred Dudley is Senior Counsel with the international law firm of Holland & Knight, and is a Florida Bar Board Certified Construction Lawyer with almost 40 years of experience in real estate practice, emphasizing construction liens, licensing and disciplinary cases. He served 16 years in the Florida Legislature, retiring from the Florida Senate in 1998, where he chaired the Senate Judiciary Committee.
As a legislator, Mr. Dudley chaired the study group that re-wrote Florida's Construction Lien laws (Chapter 713), and successfully sponsored every statutory change thereto from 1990 to 1998. As a legislative advocate for the past 7 years, he has continued to draft most of the state laws governing contracting activities in Florida, representing such groups as Florida Home Builders Association, Aluminum Association of Florida and Florida Swimming Pool Association.
His construction law practice includes lien litigation, administrative proceedings for rule challenges and license discipline, lobbying the Florida Legislature on behalf of numerous clients, and serving as litigation consultant and expert witness. This practice also includes regular appearances before the Department of Business and Professional Regulation (Construction Industry Licensing Board, Electrical Contracting Licensing Board, Board of Architects and Interior Designers, and Board of Professional Engineers), as well as working with the Department of Health (water quality standards), Office of Insurance Regulation (title and workers' compensation issues), State Fire Marshall's Office (fire system contractors licensing and regulation), and Department of Transportation (construction certifications and contract bidding).
Mr. Dudley is the only non-government representative designated by the Secretary of the Department of Business and Professional Regulation to work on revisions that agency's licensing forms and procedures.
Mr. Dudley has served as an adjunct professor at Florida State University College of Law, publishing a textbook on real estate transactions and finance, and lectured extensively on behalf of The Florida Bar in many areas of construction law, such as licensing, discipline, unlicensed activities and representation in lien litigation.

Douglas M. Guetzloe

Douglas Guetzloe is the President of Advantage Consultants, a public relations, governmental relations and marketing firm, in Orlando. He is the founder and chairman of Ax the Tax, an organization that has led 13 anti-tax efforts that have resulted in a savings to taxpayers of over $25 billion in taxes since 1982. He is also the founder and president of the Central Florida Young Republican Club. The CFYR club was the largest YR club in Florida (4th largest in the nation) within months of being established. With over 600 active members, the CFYR club became a political force with Central Florida with many current elected Republican officials coming from its ranks.
Since 1996, Guetzloe has been the host of The Guetzloe Report, a syndicated radio talk show heard on WEUS AM 810. Past positions that Guetzloe has held are director of the Florida Medical Association in Winter Park where he coordinated FMA legislative, lobbying and political action activities in a 15 county area, and public relations/legislative director of the Florida Fruit & Vegetable Association. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Florida State University where he served as Student Body President. Governor Charlie Crist was Doug's Vice President at FSU.
Doug has also served on the Florida Public Records Committee and the Florida Film & Entertainment Council.
Born in Tampa, Florida on June 15, 1954, Guetzloe is a fourth generation Floridian. He is married with three children. The Guetzloe's are members of the First Presbyterian Church in Orlando.

With a BS in Biology and graduate degree in Zoology, Overdorf pursued a MS in Biology and followed it up with MBA studies, both at Florida Atlantic University. The extensive educational background coupled with twelve years of environmental work, underscores his preparation for work in his field and in support of Florida small business. A diverse history of civic responsibility, such as the President of the Palm City Chamber of Commerce; Member of the Martin County Business Development Board; Secretary of the Treasure Coast Wildlife Foundation; and the Board of Directors of the St. Lucie River Coalition has further positioned him for work on the Regulatory Council.

Christine Vasconcelo is the owner and operator of Bloomingdays Flower Shop. She has been the master floral designer for 20 years.
